Use this form to request to be put on a enrollment waiting list. Only use this form before the online self-enrollment deadline each term (late enrollments use a separate process and you would need to visit the Chemistry main office for the appropriate form). Once submitted, this form will be sent directly to the responsible person (with a copy to you). If approved, office staff will contact you. You can expect a copy of this submission sent to your email address. If you do not get a copy, please contact chemupd@yorku.ca.
Chrome or Firefox are highly recommended. Internet Explorer, Safari and iOS (iPhones) are known to give problems for some users.
Not all courses maintain waiting lists. The wait lists for CHEM 2021 and Winter-term CHEM 2020 is currently open. Normally, every qualified student is able to enroll unless they lack the prerequisites, in which case another form is required: Request permission to enroll without all of the prerequisites
